"The secret to long term success for any retail project is finding the right mix of tenants. Our projects are better off because of our interaction with Western Retail Advisors. Eric and his team are responsive, precise and diligent in their efforts and negotiations on behalf of their clients."
-David Larcher, Executive Vice President, Vestar Development Co.
With offices in Phoenix and Orange County WRA specializes in representing retailers in Arizona, California and over 20 western states. Its network of relationships with developers, property owners, government officials, research providers and other real estate professionals is unmatched. The result: accurate decisions, detailed market penetration analysis and an expedited transaction process.
Founded in 2000 by Eric Termansen, WRA has grown from one major retail client to more than twenty including numerous Fortune 500 companies. That experience and trust has resulted in over $2 billion in completed transactions across 20 states. Eric and his associates have tremendous experience in the retail arena having worked on both sides of the negotiating table in various positions with major retail chains and prominent retail real estate development companies. Eric spent the early part of his career as Director of Real Estate for PetSmart. Chris Stamets held top real estate positions with Comp USA and Staubach Retail Services. Miles Sanchez spent ten years with Weingarten Realty Investors and oversaw the company’s western U.S. portfolio of shopping centers. Ryan Sullivan and Jeff Nichols opened WRA’s Orange County office in 2008 and together represent some of the country’s most active retailers in one of the most sought after retail markets.
